After this period of time you can purchase more time if you wish. If you have selected two payments of 30 minutes or more, there is no guarantee that the time you have purchased will be consecutive, as after 30 minutes the chat will be disconnected.

Callback Service (UK Residents Only)

Our call back midwifery service is an excellent way of consulting your queries by speaking directly to one of our experienced midwives. This service gives you the opportunity to ask multiple questions in regards to your pregnancy or new born in a 30 minutes consultation.

To be able to give a fair chance of using this service to anyone who wants to use it, phone conversations will not last longer than 30 minutes. If you have selected two payments of 30 minutes or more, there is no guarantee that two sessions will be consecutive as after 30 minutes the call will be disconnected.

The call back service aims to contact you back within two hours from the moment of registration. Our positive and friendly midwives are delighted to discuss with you any concerns you may have and reassure you as much as possible. This service is a very convenient way of having your questions answered extensively and building a trusting relationship with PPC. 

Email Service

Would you like advice from our paediatric team? Do you have a quick and straight forward midwifery question which you would like to be responded by email? If these are your needs, you are on the right path by using this service.

Our email service gives you the flexibility of having questions answered within 48 hours. It gives you a peaceful and easy-going approach to guide your concerns in the right direction. Our Paediatric enquiries service is only available by email and covers guidance from birth to 5 years of age.

Feel free to drop an email at any time and benefit from this relaxing way of communicating with our paediatric and midwifery team. We only accept one query per email and if you have queries of urgent nature, we strongly recommend, you use our alternative services (live chat or call back service). Furthermore, if you believe your queries are life threatening please contact/visit your nearest hospital.
